​Consultations:

No refunds are given after a consultation has been booked. As soon as an Online or Physical Consultation has been booked, that slot is reserved for the Client. If Govilkar & Associates has to cancel or reschedule the Consultation because of any urgency or exigency, the entire amount would be refunded back.

An Online or Physical Consultation may be rescheduled by a maximum of 7 days from the date of the initial booking.

Other Legal Services:

Fees for any other legal services including litigation, arbitration, mediation, etc. provided shall not be refunded once the activity of providing the services has commenced for a particular task. Refunds shall be processed only if the mandate has been cancelled in writing by sending an email to contact@govilkar.com before the commencement of services. Services shall be deemed to have commenced from the time the mandate has been received by Govilkar & Associates LLP or any of its Partners or Associates, through email, in-person orally or through any other means, including via a letter, SMS, telephone call or any other electronic messaging service.
